Sunday Service Registration PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE TO REGISTERING:

Please adhere to the following guidelines to attend service:

• Maintain social distancing of 6 feet while in the building - this includes seating and while entering and leaving the building
• Masks must be worn in all common areas (masks will be provided for those who forgot theirs)
• Pre-register to attend service
• Doors will open 15 minutes before and close 15 minutes after the service
• Seating will be on the main floor only and will be marked to maintain social distancing
• When arriving for the service, go directly to the Sanctuary to be seated
• No congregating in the common areas. Socialize outside or within the Sanctuary maintaining social distancing
• No refreshments offered
• No Sunday school
• The lower level will not be in use, including the mens and womens bathrooms
• Hand sanitizer will be available

All areas are sanitized after each service/meeting. Thank you for helping make this a safe environment.

You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of this organization, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any such program, service or activity.
